What is your delivery area and schedule?

We currently deliver to most local neighborhoods within a 15-mile radius of our physical store. Orders placed before 12:00 PM are typically eligible for same-day or next-day delivery depending on your zone.

Can I request specific cuts or custom butchery?

Absolutely. You can leave specific instructions in the 'Order Notes' section at checkout for preferences like 'skin-off', 'extra lean', or specific portion sizes, and our expert butchers will prepare it accordingly.

What is your return policy for perishable food items?
